i think that this is indeeed searchable and catalogable by Goolge or other search engines. There is a technology called OCR- optical Character Recognition that is pretty advanced and is used to convert items such as this into text files.
I know about OCR but I doubt that Google treats the scratchblogging as anything other than an image at this point. Plus, I'd love to see any OCR program that can decipher my handwriting to over a 50% accuracy rate!
